Keiser University offers innovative student-focused career programs that are designed to suit the needs of all types of students. Classes can be taken during the day, at night, on weekends and even online. To accommodate students’ busy lifestyles, courses are given one at a time and last for four weeks. This plan helps students concentrate on more fully on the course material, have more time to communicate with their teachers and take advantage of experiential learning techniques, which immerse students in real-life situations and help them apply classroom skills and theory to business situations.
Keiser University is headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and is a private career university that offers Associate’s, Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. Additional campuses are located throughout the state of Florida, and certain degrees can be earned online. Secondary locations include Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, Kendall, Lakeland, Melbourne, Orlando, Pembroke Pines, Port St. Lucie, Sarasota, Tallahassee, Tampa and West Palm Beach. Keiser’s commitment to serving the community awards students access to contacts, partnerships and various experiences with the outside community. These relationships aid students both academically and professionally. The school is accredited by the Commission for Independent Education, as well as many other industry-specific organizations.
Students at Keiser take advantage of a full range of academic programs in areas like Nursing, Nuclear Medicine Technology, Aquatic Engineering, Business Administration, Health Services Administration, Homeland Security, Website Design and Development, Information Technology, Fashion Design and Merchandising, Crime Scene Technology, Culinary Arts, and Elementary Education, among others.
