The International Academy of Design and Technology gives students around the country the hands-on tools and training needed to turn creative talents into successful, personally fulfilling careers. The IADT schools employ passionate teachers with real-world job experience to teach courses based on experiential learning and share with students their insight into jobs as designers, game developers and more. Programs are offered at the Associate’s and Bachelor’s levels and can be earned in just 18 or 36 months.

The International Academy of Design and Technology schools are located across the country in cities like Orlando and Tampa, FL, Las Vegas, NV, Nashville, TN, Sacramento, CA, Detroit, MI, Seattle, WA, Pittsburgh, PA, and Chicago and Schaumburg, IL, plus a campus in Toronto, Canada.

Academic programs vary by location by include Computer Graphics, Interior Design, Marketing and Advertising, Multimedia Design and Development, Fashion Design and Merchandising, and Game Design and Development in Orlando; Animation, Film/Video, Interior Design, Website Design, and Visual Communication in Schaumburg; and Performing Arts, Photography, Digital Design, CAD, Animation, and Multimedia in Toronto.

The International Academy of Design and Technology schools aim to provide pre-professional training as well as career placement services leading up to and after graduation. Career services offered include resume writing tips, interviewing skills, job research tools, networking contacts and advice, and internship opportunities.

Campus life at the International Academy of Design and Technology schools is creative, productive, and community-oriented. Students get to apply their newly learned skills in design studios, draft rooms and sewing labs. Computer labs help all students complete assignments and do research, and give graphic design and game design students the tools they need to experiment and explore their talents.
