LeTourneau University is a Christian university in Longview, TX, that serves students of all backgrounds and varying levels of academic and professional experience. LeTourneau’s hands-on approach to learning benefits traditional undergraduates as well as adult learning returning to school. Extra research and laboratory projects gives students access to real-world experiences before they even graduate. Through these and other extracurricular, spiritual, athletic and social activities, LeTourneau University aims to promote the development of its traditional and nontraditional students, so that they can effectively and responsibly impact the campus and global communities.

LeTourneau University has been ranked by U.S. News and World Report as one of the best Master’s Comprehensive Universities in the western U.S. The school is located in Longview, TX, near the Texas-Louisiana border, but additional campuses for adult learning are located in Austin, Bedford, Dallas, Houston, and Tyler, TX, as well as online. LeTourneau University is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools; Engineering Accreditation Commission and the Technology Accreditation Commission; International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education; and the Federal Aviation Administration.

Students at LeTourneau University receive a well-rounded education based on solid academic training through the Schools of Aeronautical Science, Arts and Sciences, Business, Education, and Engineering and Engineering Technology. Specific areas of study range from Chemistry and Physics to Computer Science to Bible and Christian Ministry to English and Accounting to Engineering Tech and Design Technology. Adult education programs are offered at satellite campuses or online, and include online BBA programs, MBA programs, a teacher certification program, Master of Educational Leadership, Bachelor of Psychology, and more. LeTourneau aims to make cutting edge, well-rounded education and educational resources accessible for all of its students.

LeTourneau is interested in helping students mature spiritually and socially, as well as academically. Campus ministry provides leadership, social, service and spiritual opportunities, and student activities range from the Automotive Society to the Design Technology Club to the Stage Band to Nursing Home Ministries.
