National American University was first established in 1941 as the National School of Business in Rapid City, SD. After World War II, the school expanded to offer a growing workforce and returning veterans cutting edge business degrees. Additional locations were established around the country in Denver and Colorado Springs, CO; Albuquerque and Rio Rancho, NM, Independence and Kansas City, MO; Bloomington, Brooklyn Center and Roseville, MN; and Overland Park, Kansas and Sioux Falls, SD. In 1996, online courses were designed to meet the needs of working students all over the world.
Online programs offered by National American University include Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, Applied Management, Health Care Management, Nursing, and Information Technology. Several Associate’s degrees are offered in areas like General Education and Business Administration.
