The Mendoza College of Business offers two executive certificates online: The Executive Certificate in Leadership and Management and The Executive Certificate in Negotiation. The Negotiation certificate includes courses like Negotiation Essentials, Advanced Negotiations, and Strategies for Conflict Management.
